Boyd's Decorating Centre ("Boyd's," "we," "us") operates boydsdecor.ca and provides in-store paint and decorating services in Scarborough, Ontario. Information we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone, and message when you submit our store contact form.
- Colour Studio “Email my scheme”: if you ask us to email a colour scheme, we use your name and email to send that message and keep a copy so staff can look up your scheme when you visit. We do not add you to a mailing list from that request.
- Ask Boyd's / AI advisor: questions you type and session identifiers needed to provide answers (no payment card data).
- Website usage: pages visited, approximate location from IP, browser type, and referral source — via analytics cookies if enabled.
- In-store: information you voluntarily provide when ordering tint, chips, or trade services (handled under separate in-store practices).
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide paint/colour advice
- Improve our website, Colour Studio tools, and product information
- Measure site traffic and fix technical issues

Colour Studio & on-screen previews
Boyd's Colour Studio displays digital approximations of Benjamin Moore colours. We do not use your colour selections to identify you personally unless you separately contact us or create an account (when available).

Your rights

Children
