Welcome to boydsdecor.ca, operated by Boyd's Decorating Centre ("Boyd's," "we"). By using this website, Boyd's Colour Studio, Ask Boyd's, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Boyd's

Boyd's Decorating Centre is an authorized Benjamin Moore dealer located at 590 Ellesmere Rd, Scarborough, ON M1R 4B7. We sell Benjamin Moore paint and related products, including lines such as Coronado and Insl-X offered through Benjamin Moore channels, plus other brands Boyd's stocks.

2. Information only — not professional advice

Product descriptions, colour data, AI responses, and room previews are for general information. They are not a substitute for in-store advice from a qualified paint decorator. Always confirm suitability, coverage, and compatibility for your specific project.

3. Colour Studio & digital colour previews

Boyd's Colour Studio is for demonstration only. Colours shown on screens, monitors, and mobile devices are approximations. Lighting, sheen, substrate, and application method affect the finished appearance. Do not make a final colour decision based on the website alone. Pick up physical colour chips or sample pots and verify at Boyd's before purchasing tint.

4. Accuracy of catalog information

We strive to keep product names, codes, and availability current, but errors and omissions may occur. Prices, stock, and promotions may change without notice on the website. In-store signage and staff confirmation govern at time of purchase.

5. Ask Boyd's / AI advisor

AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on them for safety-critical, structural, or regulatory decisions. For trade pricing, margins, or custom quotes, speak with staff in store or by phone.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, logos, and layout are owned by Boyd's or used under licence. Benjamin Moore® and related marks are property of Benjamin Moore & Co. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content for commercial use without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful purposes or to transmit malware
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Boyd's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, Colour Studio previews, or AI responses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site shall not exceed CAD $100 or the amount you paid Boyd's for the relevant transaction in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be brought in the courts of Ontario.
